UQ heads to top end to discuss NT Hydraulic Fracturing Implementation Plan
The independent Scientific Inquiry into Hydraulic Fracturing of Onshore Unconventional Reservoirs in the Northern Territory handed down its Final Report to the Northern Territory Government on Tuesday 27 March 2018.
In August, Prof Garnett and several Centre for Coal Seam Gas researchers met with representatives of the Northern Territory Government to discuss the Hydraulic Fracturing Implementation Plan and how research that had been completed at the Centre may contribute to the implementation process.
The team also met with representatives of Charles Darwin University to discuss shared research interest and opportunities for future collaboration.
